For inserts, you can only stuff a maximum of 2 Inserts into each pocket at one time.  Note a Pocket diaper can only be used once before you must wash it (can't just remove soiled inserts and put in new inserts and reuse the same pocket diaper without washing the pocket diaper itself).  So for example if you buy 3 trainers, only buy a max. of 6 inserts (you probably only need 4 in actuality, double stuffing is really only for night time).
