Size L: ~24ml to the holes, 32ml to the rim

Size M

Size L

Base styles:

The ball style is the most popular as it is the only menstrual cup that is made this way. The ball makes removal of the cup so simple and is less likely to cause discomfort whilst you are wearing it.

The ring style is unique to the MeLuna company and is popular for this reason. The ring can be pulled when removing the cup. It is important to release the suction first, though! In the large size the ring is also quite large, making removal even easier.

The traditional stem style cup is similar to other brands. The stem makes removal easy as you can just pull down on the stem after breaking the seal. The stem can also be trimmed if it is uncomfortable.

The basic style has not extra bits at the base, it requires a little bit of experience with menstrual cups for you to easily remove it. For newbies, we advise on getting a Meluna cup with a handle :)

Meluna ring style S & M

This is really a god-sent item. My mom can't believe there is such a thing, without using disposable pads and tampons and I hate the smell of used disposable pads. Yuck! It does take a lot of tries, practices and perseverance to make it work. Once you have the "hang of it", (I took 3 menstrual cycle) to just find the right position to put in (for me: it is squatting on bath room floor) and remove (for me: also squatting on bath room floor, coz it is easier to just remove and wash self and cup right after removing it and reinsert again). Then turn the cup around a few times and do some Kegel exercise and off you go. Though it does leak sometimes, or I’m too busy to empty it, but I don’t have to worry about urinary tract infection, itching, “pimples” or even Toxic Shock Syndrome if it stays inside of me for more than 8-12 hours straight! And it stays with me for 24 hours a day and a whole menses cycle!!! No contributions to the land field. Yippie! I’m so blessed. Now I’m getting a Large to see whether it solve the leaking problem. Though if you are getting the clear / no colour type, you may want to know that it starts to get yellowish (from the blood) after a few days. So I’m getting a coloured one to add into my collection…. 
