baby pacifiers & teethers
"Already before I became a mother myself, natural products, sustainable production and stylish design were important issues for me. When I had my daugther, I realised that it was quite difficult to find a pacifier for her that fulfilled my demands for the pacifier I wanted to give to her.
I wanted to find a pacifier in natural rubber with a cool and stylish design. But most of the pacifiers I found contained plastic or had a design, which did not appeal to me. I was also looking for pacifiers that were sustainably produced and wrapped in environmental friendly packaging. I soon realised that it was impossible to find what I was looking for.
So I decided to take matters into my own hands. I started to develop the designs for the Hevea pacifier. It seems, I have succeeded and I am convinced that the Hevea have what it takes to make many parents and children happy – both now and in the future."
-Terese, Founder of Hevea (and mother of Augusta and Alfred )
Pacifiers are good for those times you just can't get baby to settle and you're having a rough week (anything to keep your sanity!). Natursutten Pacifiers are great because they're softer than silicone and easier on baby's mouth.
Most parents try not to create a pacifier addiction by only using it when they absolutely must.
Since pacifiers should be changed after 2 months or so, you can use that opportunity to wean your child off the pacifier if things have settled down in your household somewhat.
-----
Teething, when baby's teeth are first emerging can be a frustrating time for both babies and parents. The baby's gums become sore - providing something for the child to bite onto helps relieve the pain and calm a child down.
Tiny Tapir's teethers are non-BPA, either made from soft non-toxic, non-allergic latex teethers to organic cloth teethers.
