All prices on this site are in Malaysian Ringgit

To convert to other currencies, please use XE.com as a rough indicator.

 

 

Shipping Within Malaysia

 

We only charge Exact Shipping, if not less than actual shipping costs.

The shipping cart will automatically calculate shipping depending on your location in Malaysia.

Delivery choices are by local Malaysian Post (registered), Poslaju and CityLink.

We have now discontinued using Courier Services generally as we haven't found a local Courier Service

that is able to give good service (with delays in delivery, slow response times for pick up etc,

it almost always ends up faster by Poslaju).

 

Our promise is that upon payment, your order will be shipped within 2 working days (usually on the same day.

Naturally there will be delays for orders that are paid on Saturdays and Sundays)

 

 

Shipping Outside Malaysia - International Shipping

 

As only Exact Shipping is charged, please select "Other Destination" when checking out

and we'll get back to you within 1 working day to quote your total cost including shipping.

 

Options available for international shipping :

Express Mail Service (EMS)  - 6 days to 3 weeks worldwide

Courier via DHL or other courier services - approximately 1 week

Your own freight forwarder / courier service - just let us know your account number

and we will use it to get your package to you

 

 

Payment within Malaysia

As we wish to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not build in any leeway for credit card fees or Paypal charges.

Therefore, we request that purchasers pay directly into our Maybank account

which will be automatically sent to you on completion of the checking out process.

 

Credit card facilities available in both Bangsar Village & Cheras Awana HQ stores also.

 

 

Payment from outside Malaysia

We accept payment through Paypal, Telegraphic Transfer, Demand Draft or Money Orders from international customers.

Hong Kong customers will be able to pay by bank transfer to a HK HSBC account.

Select "International Payment" when checking out and we will contact you within 1 working day to discuss payment methods.

 

 

Our Pricing Policy

We try to keep our prices the same as our manufacturers' recommended retail price,

however please consider that in most cases, for imported products, we will need to cover the following costs :

Customs charges (generally around 35%)

Shipping charges (we try to keep this low by choosing the slowest shipping available)

 

Also, as we do our best to support small businesses, the mark-up / margin on our products is not high,

which means that it's sometimes impossible for us to match the manufacturer's retail price.

Still, generally, it is cheaper to buy from us than it is to buy from the manufacturer directly

after taking into consideration shipping charges (which are high per product when making small orders)

and possible customs charges.Of course, we love when you buy directly from the manufacturer :)

Our Packaging Policy

Our objective is to use just enough packaging, and where possible, to recycle packaging.

We hope you don't mind if you get an ugly recycled box, or inside out plastic envelope in the mail!

The more our resources are re-used the less waste we are generating.

 

 

Our Return Policy

If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase cause of manufacturing defect or wrong items sent,

you can make a return to us using following terms:

 

Returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.

 

Damage items must be returned together with original box, packaging and receipt.

 

Item bought during promotional period are not accepted for return and exchange.


 

What will I get back? 

 

We will replace with the new item and in a good condition.


How can I return my purchase?

We will assist you as soon as possible.

Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To make the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) to best describe the matter & condition.


How long will it take?

 

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package to you.

 

How about postage charges?

 

Customer would have to bear the postage fee shipped back during the return process.
